Step 1 - Consultation

Step 2 - Quotation & Planning
We provide a clear, detailed quotation. If planning permission or other approvals are required, we’ll guide you through the process and handle the necessary arrangements.
Step 3 - Design
Our design consultant works closely with you to develop bespoke design options, providing CAD visuals throughout the process to help bring your ideas to life.
Step 4 - Survey & Preparation
Our surveyor visits your property to take detailed measurements and assess the space. We then finalise the designs and prepare everything needed, including building regulations where required.
Step 5 - Installation
Once we’ve agreed an installation date, our team will carry out the work with minimal disruption. Your dedicated Project Manager will be on hand throughout the installation to answer any questions and keep everything on track.
Step 6 - Quality Inspection
Once the installation is complete, we carry out a final quality inspection and walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets both our standards and yours.
Step 7 - Handover & Guarantees
We provide all relevant documentation, including your insurance-backed guarantee, certification and care instructions, giving you complete peace of mind long after your project is finished.
